The latest build within Oxford Technology Park, the Innovation Quarter, is ready for businesses to make their mark on the area.
The eagerly anticipated Innovation Quarter at Oxford Technology Park is ready for fit out and occupancy, opening its doors to businesses who are looking to join a community built specifically for the life science sector.
On Thursday 22 September, Oxford Technology Park welcomed over 100 businesses for tours of the new space, which features 11 two-storey buildings of striking contemporary design, from 5,160 sq ft to 7,045 sq ft which are available individually or in combination. Each unit is highly flexible to suit the varied needs of science-based occupiers from spinouts and start-ups to second and third generation businesses that require grow-on opportunities.
The buildings are arranged in two terraces flanking a central service area, offering scope for external storage, along with generous loading, parking, and amenity space. All elevations have been finished to an extremely high spec, with full height glazing allowing light into every corner and the public facing elevations having an impressive canopy.
Oxford Technology Park has the unique benefit of being at the commercial centre of innovative activity with London Oxford Airport, Begbroke and the high-tech/life-science hubs of Oxford all in close proximity. An amenity-rich environment is on the park’s doorstep, with a large gym, shops, restaurants and character pubs. Other amenities will also reside within the Innovation Quarter, creating a community hub of innovation at the heart, with access to communal spaces where collaboration can be cultivated along with facilities including a large meeting space, an on-site café and gym.

The launch of the Innovation Quarter follows on from the completion of a 49,000 sq.ft. HQ facility for The Native Antigen Company, the 34,125 sq.ft. landmark, lab-enabled office Building One and a 101-bedroom hotel and restaurant. The next 12 to 18 months will see the development of a further seven hybrid buildings at the park.
