Construction starts on Building 1 at the Oxford Technology Park
Foundations and Footings are going in at the new the three-storey building at the Oxford Technology Park, this will be a laboratory capable office building and the ‘sister’ building to the hotel & restaurant already built and occupied, both of them will be commanding the entrance at this new exciting and much needed home for Science, Tech and Innovative businesses.
Oxford Technology Park is being developed by Hill Street Holdings, who have a breadth of experience in similar developments around Cambridge and East Anglia. After identifying the opportunity for science and technology space in the North of Oxford some time ago, the team are excited to be progressing construction work at this location. The scheme is a major new science and technology Park providing much needed space for innovative businesses in Oxfordshire,, strategically placed just to the north of Oxford City, adjacent to London (Oxford) Airport and a short distance from the new Oxford Parkway Station.
