The acquisition of Life Science REIT has now been formally completed, and it is now fully owned by British Land.
As part of this transaction, British Land has acquired five innovation-led assets across the UK’s Golden Triangle of high-demand science and technology hubs in London, Oxford and Cambridge. These include Oxford Technology Park, alongside Rolling Stock Yard and 7–11 Herbrand Street in London’s Knowledge Quarter, and Cambourne Park and the Merrifield Centre in Cambridge.
This milestone further strengthens Oxford Technology Park’s position as a key destination for science and technology occupiers in the region. It supports continued investment in the Park, helps attract new occupiers and enhances the experience and opportunities available to our existing community.
