Oxford Technology Park was the master plan of Hill Street Holdings, a development company with extensive experience in delivering high-quality environments for science and technology businesses.
The Park was acquired by Life Science REIT in 2022, before being included in the acquisition of Life Science REIT by British Land in 2026.
This evolution strengthens Oxford Technology Park’s position as a key destination for science and technology occupiers in the region. It supports continued investment in the Park, helps attract new occupiers, and enhances the experience and opportunities available to our existing community.
