Our Story

Our story

Oxford Technology Park was the masterplan of Hill Street Holdings, a development company with a wealth of experience working with science and technology businesses.

Now owned by Life Science REIT, Oxford Technology Park is well positioned to plug the shortfall in high-tech lab space in the county and form an integral part of the city’s science and technology-based expansion.

The team is committed to building a positive and collaborative ecosystem here at the park, where like-minded and complementary life science companies can cluster and co-locate to innovate, take advantage of shared knowledge and benefit from government incentives, funding and business synergies.

Sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. It is our mission to build a sustainable location and make Oxford Technology Park the most sustainable business park in Oxfordshire.
