Oxford Technolog Park (OTP) is proud to announce ConserV Bioscience as the winner of the Innovation Award at the Cherwell Business Awards 2024. The prestigious event took place at The Chesterton Hotel on Friday 13th September, celebrating outstanding achievements in business across the Cherwell District.
ConserV Bioscience, a late-stage vaccine development company, stood out for its groundbreaking work in developing safe and effective vaccines that offer broad protection against both endemic and emergent infectious diseases. With a mission to combat highly mutating viruses, ConserV Bioscience is making significant strides in advancing global health through innovative and sustainable vaccine technologies.
The Innovation Award, sponsored by OTP, recognises companies that are pushing boundaries and driving advancements in science and technology. ConserV Bioscience was selected from a competitive pool of finalists, including EZ Charge and Nikalyte, both of whom showcased exceptional innovation and creativity in their respective fields.

In a show of generosity from the businesses who attended, £1,580 was raised during the evening, with Bicester Village matching this amount, bringing the total to £3,160. The winning charity, Banbury Community Fridge, will receive £1,580, with the finalists, ARCh and Style Acre, each receiving £790.
