Oxford Technology Park receives Quality Recognition Award

Oxford Technology Park is the proud recipient of a Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award, part of their Excellence Awards programme, which has been awarded for outstanding quality throughout the development of the new landmark, three-storey lab-enabled Building One, the Innovation Quarter and Building Three – the impressive high-tech purpose-built R&D and manufacturing facility, which will be a vital hub for LGC’s The Native Antigen Company (TNAC).

The Quality Recognition Awards is a new initiative by Premier Guarantee, the building warranty insurer, which looks to recognise, celebrate and commend consistent quality in construction each month.

Mainly focusing on the standard of site management and standard of workmanship – whilst also considering health & safety, site tidiness and general cooperation – the QRAs have recognised the team at Oxford Technology Park and the hard work, dedication and outstanding workmanship that has gone into this project so far.

Angus Bates, Owner and Developer of Oxford Technology Park, said:

“The site team work very hard to deliver the quality of innovative high technology buildings we have at the park, so it is fantastic they have been recognised for this. We plan to continue raising the standards on-site and working towards achieving further Premier Recognition Awards. Congratulations to everyone on the team who made this win possible!”

Oxford Technology Park is a major new science and technology park providing the next generation of office, Research & Development, laboratory and production space at the heart of Oxfordshire’s Knowledge Economy spine.
