OTP is delighted to announce its sponsorship of the Innovation Award at the CBAs 2025.

Oxford Technology Park (OTP) is delighted to announce its sponsorship of the Innovation Award at the 2025 Cherwell Business Awards (CBAs), reinforcing our commitment to fostering cutting-edge advancements in the region.

As a key supporter of business excellence, we were also proud to host the official launch event for this year’s awards on Wednesday 12 March.

The CBAs, now in their thirteenth year, continue to celebrate and honour outstanding businesses, charities, and professionals across the Cherwell District. The launch event, held at OTP, brought together local business leaders, sponsors, and past winners to kick off another inspiring year of recognising the exceptional talent that drives economic growth in the area.

Alex Lowdell, Associate Director at Ironstone Asset Management, the Investment Advisor to Life Science REIT and owners of OTP joined an esteemed lineup of speakers at the event, including Cllr Lesley McLean, Portfolio Holder for Cherwell District Council and Headline Sponsor, and Cheryl-Lee Foulsham of Oxford Duplication Centre & Kidlington Connections. Cheryl-Lee shared her inspiring journey from being an award winner to a sponsor, highlighting the tremendous impact of the awards on local businesses.

As the sponsor of the Innovation Award, OTP aims to recognise and celebrate pioneering businesses that push boundaries, drive technological advancements, and contribute to the region’s economic vitality. Innovation is at the heart of what we do, providing state-of-the-art facilities for science and technology companies looking to scale and thrive within the Oxfordshire ecosystem.

“We are proud to support the Cherwell Business Awards and sponsor the Innovation Award, which recognises the brilliant ideas and technological breakthroughs emerging from businesses within our community,” said Alex. “Hosting the launch event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with local leaders and celebrate the incredible work being done across the region.”
