Oxford Technology Park has been named a finalist in two categories in the highly esteemed OxPropFest Awards 2023.
- Best Commercial Project of the Year – sponsored by Freeths – For the newly, impressively built Innovation Quarter.
- Deal of the Year – sponsored by Bicester ARC – For the acquisition of Oxford Technology Park by Life Science REIT (LSE: LABS) and subsequent occupier deals over the past 12-months.
The Innovation Quarter is the new, modern and impressive state-of-the art facility built specifically for the science and technology sector. Winners of the awards will be announced at the prestigious OxPropFest Gala Dinner and Award ceremony on September 12 at Keble College, Oxford.
